Ruqyah Service (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Ruqyah-based wellness treatments through in-clinic appointments, online (video) appointments, and a Ruqyah Wellness Plan subscription service. By using our services, you ("client" or "user") agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available internationally, with a primary focus on clients within the UK. Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our services. Parents or guardians must be present during sessions for clients below 18.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking: Appointments can be booked online via our website, www.ruqyahtreatment.com. Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the session, subject to availability.
Payment: Online sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. In-clinic appointments can be prepaid or settled on-site, while home visit payments must be made prior to the appointment or on the day of the visit. Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, bank transfers, and are processed securely through Stripe.
Subscriptions: Our Ruqyah Wellness Plan is available as a subscription-based service. Subscriptions will be billed according to the plan selected, either monthly or annually, and payments will be processed via the payment method provided at registration.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a full charge.
If you need to make late changes due to an emergency situation, please contact our team at [email protected] or call 07565 337807 as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We will assess such cases on a discretionary basis.
Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds for late cancellations or rescheduling due to emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Ruqyah Service provides treatments for spiritual well-being and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. All treatments and advice provided are intended for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Clients should wear modest clothing during sessions.
Recording of any session (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and address (if required) for service purposes. All information is stored securely with password protection and two-factor authentication.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clients understand and agree that spiritual treatments vary in effectiveness based on individual circumstances. Claims alleging "services not as described" or "defective services" will be considered invalid if the services provided were conducted in accordance with our outlined processes, standards, and service descriptions.
