1. Introduction
Ruqyah Treatment UK (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Qur’an-based spiritual wellness services through in-clinic appointments, online (video) appointments, and subscription-based support via the Ruqyah Wellness Plan (RWP).
By using our services, you (“client” or “user”) agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available internationally, with a primary focus on clients within the UK.
Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. A parent/guardian must be present in all sessions for minors.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1 Appointments
Appointments can be booked online via www.ruqyahtreatment.com.
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before the session, subject to availability.
3.2 Payment
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Home visit fees must be paid prior to the visit or on the day.
Payments are taken securely via Stripe or approved payment channels.
Bank transfer may be used where applicable.
3.3 Mobile Number Consent
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS updates related to bookings, reminders, or urgent notices.
You may opt out by replying STOP.
3.4 Ruqyah Wellness Plan (Subscription)
The RWP is a monthly or annual subscription service.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments to be taken automatically.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
4.1 Appointments
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be fully charged.
Emergency cases will be assessed at our discretion. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for cancellations that require manual processing or exceptional handling.
4.2 Ruqyah Wellness Plan – 15-Day Cancellation Notice
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must provide a minimum of 15 days’ written notice before your next billing date.
Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].
Cancellations submitted with fewer than 15 days’ notice will take effect after the following billing cycle, and the next scheduled payment will still be charged.
No refunds are issued for subscription periods already started.
5. Services Disclaimer
Ruqyah Service provides treatments for spiritual well-being and does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. All treatments and advice provided are intended for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our assessments and treatments are focused on addressing spiritual issues, and any findings or recommendations should not override the advice of qualified medical professionals. Clients should always seek the advice of their doctor or other qualified health provider with any questions or concerns regarding a medical condition. We do not offer guarantees or promises on the timeline or outcomes of any treatments, as results may vary.
6. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
Clients should wear modest clothing during sessions.
Recording of any session (audio or video) is strictly prohibited.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and address (if required) for service purposes. All information is stored securely with password protection and two-factor authentication.
Ruqyah Service does not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability
Ruqyah Treatment specialises in providing spiritual advice and treatment aimed at addressing spiritual well-being. We make no claims or guarantees regarding the duration or effectiveness of any treatment. Outcomes vary from individual to individual, and results may depend on various factors, including the client’s spiritual condition.
Ruqyah Treatment is not responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes that may result from our treatments. By using our services, you agree to hold Ruqyah Treatment, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses that may arise.
We do not warrant or make any representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the treatment results or information provided during sessions.
Ruqyah Service provides services as described, and we do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our treatments. Clients understand and agree that spiritual treatments vary in effectiveness based on individual circumstances. Claims alleging "services not as described" or "defective services" will be considered invalid if the services provided were conducted in accordance with our outlined processes, standards, and service descriptions. By booking and using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood our service offerings and limitations.

13. Subscription Payments, Non-Payment & Chargebacks
13.1 Billing Authority
By subscribing to the RWP, you authorise recurring payments to be taken automatically.
13.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the system will retry up to 3 times.
You must update your payment method immediately.
Access may be paused after 7 days of non-payment.
13.3 No Refunds for Partial Billing Cycles
No refunds are given once a billing cycle has begun.
13.4 Chargebacks & Disputes
If you raise an illegitimate chargeback:
We will submit evidence of service delivery,
Your access will be terminated immediately,
You remain liable for all outstanding fees,
A £15 administrative fee will apply.
13.5 Debt Recovery
If payments remain outstanding after retries and notices, your balance may be transferred to a debt-collection agency.
You may be liable for reasonable recovery costs.
13.6 Billing Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid.
