The Ruqyah Wellness Plan Explained
When One Session Is Not Enough
Some situations need more than a single Ruqyah session. Persistent signs of ayn (evil eye), sihr (black magic), or jinn-related disturbance can take steady, supervised treatment over weeks — with a qualified Raqi walking alongside you, adjusting your treatment as your state changes.
That is exactly what the Ruqyah Wellness Plan is. It is our flagship programme, proven and refined since 2015, and the most popular way our clients work with us — because it turns Ruqyah from a one-off event into a structured daily practice, under the eye of a Raqi, without you having to travel anywhere.
What the Wellness Plan Is
The Wellness Plan is ongoing, Raqi-supervised Quranic care, delivered entirely online. It is not a series of weekly one-to-one sessions — it is something more consistent than that: a personalised programme you live with every day, reviewed by your Raqi every week.
Here is what every client on the plan receives:
1. A personalised audio prescription. Your Raqi selects Qur'anic recitation specifically for your case and delivers it as an audio programme. You listen daily — at home, commuting, wherever you are. This becomes your daily treatment routine, chosen for you, not a generic playlist.
2. A private weekly check-in. Each week, you share how the week has gone through your private client portal — in your own words, in your own time. No forms rushed in a waiting room; a genuine record of your journey.
3. A weekly recorded review from your Raqi. Your Raqi reads your check-in, reflects on your progress, and records a personal video review for you every single week. If your state changes, your prescription changes. You are never guessing alone, and your treatment never runs on autopilot.
4. Free access to the live Group Ruqyah. Every Saturday we hold a live group Ruqyah session online — included at no extra cost for every Wellness Plan client.
And around all of it sits your client portal: your healing journey mapped stage by stage, your progress tracked over time so you can actually see how far you have come, and a library of authentic adhkaar to strengthen your daily worship.
Why Clients Choose the Plan
Because it answers the two hardest parts of spiritual treatment: consistency and supervision.
Most people who struggle with a persistent affliction do not fail because Ruqyah "did not work" — they fail because doing it alone, unguided, week after week, is hard. Motivation dips. Doubts creep in. Nobody is watching the pattern of your symptoms. The Wellness Plan removes all three problems: your daily routine is prepared for you, your week is reviewed by a qualified Raqi, and the plan adapts as you do.
And it is all built on one method: our 3-Dimensional assessment. Every case is looked at across the spiritual, the emotional and psychological, and the physical — because not everything is spiritual. Where your symptoms need medical or professional care, we say so honestly, and Ruqyah works alongside that care, never instead of it.
Who the Plan Is For
The Wellness Plan can be the right fit if you:
Have persistent signs of ayn, sihr, or jinn-related disturbance that a single session cannot fully address.
Want a structured daily practice of Qur'anic listening, adhkar, and worship — with a Raqi reviewing your progress week by week.
Are ready to commit to the practice and turn to Allah, knowing that shifa (healing) belongs to Allah alone.
Why It Is Application-Only
The plan is not for every case — some situations resolve in a session or two, and some need medical care first. Every application is reviewed by a qualified Raqi, not an automated form, because committing weekly Raqi time to your case is exactly what makes the plan work. That is also why it starts with a session, not a signup.
How to Start
If you are ready: book your 1-to-1 Ruqyah session — online over Zoom, about one hour. Your Raqi assesses your situation across the three dimensions, and if the Wellness Plan is the right next step, explains how it would be structured for your case and invites you to apply. Ask about the Wellness Plan when you book.
If you are not sure yet: start with our spiritual assessment in the Ruqyah app — completely free and confidential. Five questions, honest guidance on what your situation may need, and a clear next step. You can begin today, wherever you are in the world.
The Wellness Plan is available from £99.99 a month, with your exact plan discussed during your session.
By the Permission of Allah
"And when I am ill, it is He who cures me." (ash-Shuʿarāʾ 26:80)
Shifa belongs to Allah alone. The Wellness Plan is a way of turning to His words — the Qur'an — as a steady, supervised daily practice. Ruqyah is a means, never a source; the outcome rests with Allah, and the reward for turning to Him is never lost.
